About Roundtree
A small organisation with a clear purpose
We help households in Phuket approach shared matters with greater ease — through practical education and well-organised documents.

How Roundtree came to be
Roundtree started from a straightforward observation: many households struggle not because of a lack of goodwill, but because everyday processes — conversations about shared matters, finding the right document at the right moment — had never been organised into a clear shape.
We opened our doors in Si Sunthon, Phuket, to offer families something practical: a workshop where communication tools could be learned quietly, a visit to bring order to scattered paperwork, and a library where useful guides are always close at hand.
Our work is general and educational. We do not advise on individual circumstances. We simply help families build better habits around the processes that touch their daily lives.
Our Mission
To make everyday household processes clearer, calmer, and more manageable — one family at a time.
- Education first, not prescription
- Warmth and patience in every interaction
- Information that is genuinely useful
- Respect for the privacy of every household

How We Work
Our standards for every engagement
Client Privacy
All household information encountered during a visit or workshop remains entirely confidential. We do not share or discuss any client details.
Education-only scope
Our sessions and materials are framed as general information and skills. We do not cross into personal guidance or professional advice on individual situations.
Respectful conduct
Every member of the Roundtree team maintains courteous, neutral, and unhurried communication — in workshops, visits, and all correspondence.
Data protection
Any personal information provided when booking is held securely, used only for arranging and delivering the service, and not shared with third parties.
Ongoing material review
Library guides and templates are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain accurate, plain in language, and useful for Thai and expatriate households alike.
Open feedback
We welcome feedback from every family we work with. It helps us refine how workshops are structured and what new documents to add to the library.
Family process education in Phuket
Roundtree serves households across the Phuket area — from local Thai families to the expatriate community in Si Sunthon and Thalang district. The need for straightforward family communication tools and well-ordered household records is something we hear about regularly, and it is the reason our three core offerings were developed.
The Respectful Dialogue Workshop draws on widely used communication frameworks adapted for household settings. Sessions are structured, comfortable, and designed to be useful regardless of the specific matters a household faces. The Records Organising Visit takes a practical approach to document management — not digital, not technical, simply making physical and printed paperwork findable and clearly labelled.
The Family Library Membership provides continuous access to guides and templates for families who prefer to work at their own pace. Materials cover topics relevant to households in Thailand and are written to be read without prior knowledge of any particular process or system.
